                Design of a virtual prototype

Preface: The total process of development, design, manufacturing and running a battery driven vehicle is to be configurated. The latest developments in material costs  and components  have to be combined. An intensive research in the internet must find existing standard components.

The  configuration must  demonstrate a  vehicle,  which starts with the most simple system and can be upgraded  to a premium segment without extra development.

There is  no need to compete against the petrol driven cars with high acceleration. It will be a vehicle system  with the lowest possible energy consumption per passenger/ kilometer. The ratio of  driven netweight against grossweight of 100ks against 1500ks with the medium sized petrol driven car must be reduced to 100ks against 300 ks with the battery driven car. That can be implemented only by „light weight construction“ and must be followed  with each component.
